We at Hard Hatt Construction, Inc. are a dedicated full service orientated General Contractor, who specializes in tenant services, renovations and retrofit

work in all types of commercial and residential structures. We have an extensive background in tenant improvements, working in single story buildings, multi-level buildings, retail, medical, industrial, commercial buildings and residential construction. Our owners have worked in this industry for a collective total of 45 years. Each of them takes the hands on approach from the beginning to conclusion of each project, insuring that the company's basic MISSION is always followed. Our field staff includes carpenter/drywall, tapers, painters and general laborers which gives us the unique ability to respond immediately to any of the needs or emergencies that might arise in your daily routine. All of our key employees have been with us from the beginning, which has helped us maintain our overall focus of customer satisfaction, which is our main mission.

Our newest facet of service Hard Hatt now is able to provide for our clients is that of space planning. With our in house ability to provide you with space plans through to complete working drawings including M.E.P. sheets, we are able to expedite the drawings. Our cad program is one of the newest and most up to date thus allowing us to speed up the entire process as a one stop source. Another benefit is the ability to sit with the client and quickly identify the needs and usability of the perspective space.
