Hard Hatt's retrofit experience includes fire sprinkler systems, asbestos abatement, fire life safety, ADA requirements. We have completed numerous projects through out Southern California to the complete satisfaction of both the client and the appropriate government agencies.

Hard Hatt's experience in industrial buildings, store fronts, shopping centers, medical, retail build-outs is like all of our work one of time constraints and in budget keeping.

Some of our more note worthy projects have been in the area of high tech computer rooms to the in progress project of the Benny Hinn Media Center, a television recording studio.

We carry only A rated Insurance rated by Best and is a member of Zurich Financial Services which carries A+ rating. Our coverage carries a $5,000,000.00 liability upgradeable to $20,000,000.00 and of course we also carry Worker's Compensation Insurance. These same companies serve our bonding needs.

Hard Hatt has strong financial positions with several financial institutions, including the ability to borrow, lines of credit and revolving credit.

We employ only the finest and best subcontractors in all of Southern California. We have proven records with the subcontractors that we employ. Each one must carry liability and worker's compensation insurance.
