Hard Hatt Construction, Inc. was founded in 1994 in Southern California by Bob and Marilyn Henley. They had worked together in another construction firm in the Los Angeles area for over 15 years before deciding to go on their own and start Hard Hatt Construction, Inc. They each have over 25 years in the construction industry, covering all aspects, i.e., estimating, supervising, contract administration, and hands-on field experience. Bob and Marilyn all feel that they have put a great team together with their very talented staff. "We all work together to make the team", quoted Marilyn. |

ROBERT HENLEY is the Chief Executive Officer in charge of Operations. Bob started out as a finish carpenter. He has the ability to foresee the long range impact of situations as they arise, and act on them accordingly. Bob's expertise is taking the difficult jobs and turning them around within the allotted time span. He is well known in the industry for being tough, but fair. |

MARILYN SKEIE HENLEY is the Chief Financial Officer for TMA. Marilyn has over 20 years in the construction industry. She started in construction in the Midwest, and has a well-respected reputation for her knowledge and "woman's touch" to an otherwise dominant male industry. |
